Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehab

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a Full -Time Cardiac Rehab Nurse to join our Cardiac & Neuro Rehab team at our brand new, beautiful, state of the art residential Neuro and Cardiac rehab setting – with an amazing team and a manageable patient census where you can spend quality time with your patients and make a noticeable difference in their lives.

 

Our brand new Spencer Street Rehab Center offers residential rehabilitation and campus-based living units with transitional services for adults.

As our Cardiac Nurse, you will serve as a key member of the clinical team, providing training and education to staff, clients, and families in the areas of cardiac and Neuro rehab as well as health-care management skills to maximize the physical well-being and safety of clients.

 

In addition, nursing with provide medical management for neuro and cardiac residential client such as: medication reconciliation, access and establishment of healthcare community resources, direct assessments of client needs from admission to discharge and monitoring for client stability and progress for optimal outcomes.  

 

 

Requirements:

Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the State of Nevada. Basic Life Saving certification. ACLS Certification upon hiring.

Minimum of two years of professional experience in cardiac nursing, with experience monitoring/supervising exercise therapy in a clinical setting.

Expertise and experience in implementing care plans in the area of cardio rehabilitation.

 
Excellent customer service skills and patient centered care.
