Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Full time Clinic Assistant to join our team at our brand new, beautiful, state of the art residential rehab setting – within a successful, growing, long-established organization – with an amazing team!!  

You will work with the best and brightest team members in an incredible setting and a convenient location.

$17 hour and a  generous compensation package – health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, education reimbursement and much more!!

The Clinic Assistant provides administrative assistance to the clients and staff of our Spencer Street campus.  Duties include but not limited to: Schedule medical, lab, or other testing appointments required for clients.  Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities as necessary.   

 

Qualifications:  Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting. A strong medical aptitude.  Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology. A valid driver's license. Strong administrative, communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. Certification as a Medical Assistant and experience working with persons with brain injury or cognitive disabilities a plus.
