Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

 Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Full time Dietary Supervisor to join our team at our brand new Assisted Living facility that offers habilitation with long term services for adults within a successful, growing, long-established organization – with an amazing team!!

Now picture yourself in this role - The Dietary Supervisor directs the operation of the kitchen and dining rooms to provide nutritious, well-prepared meals and snacks. Ensure that food offerings are customized and appropriate for clients according to their assessed needs. This person will oversee the kitchen and dining room staff.

We can't get around this – to qualify you must have:

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a kitchen/dietary supervisor.
  • Understanding of the regulations affecting commercial kitchens and health care kitchen operations.  Prior experience working in a healthcare setting.
  •     Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to direct, support, and inspire others toward team goals and objectives.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, in person and by phone. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, and time management skills. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory experience in a post-acute kitchen setting a plus!
