Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, mission driven candidate who will provide leadership and direction to Accessible Space, Inc.'s Minnesota services program to ensure the health and safety of all residents, appropriate training and supervision of staff, and compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. 

The candidate will provide direction, development, and support of staff to promote, as well as expand, the provision of services primarily in Minnesota towards fulfilling the mission of ASI.

In addition, you will lead efforts related to the strategic planning, development and execution of service delivery models that support current and future residents in ASI housing settings, and those owned or managed by other organizations.

Qualifications include: Related Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in the management operation of a large, nonprofit social service agency or function. 

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a professional staff.

 

Ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner with an understanding of individuals with traumatic brain injuries and/or physical disabilities.  Prior work experience with individuals with physical disabilities and/or brain injury.
