Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) a national non-profit in housing is seeking a Full-Time Housing Compliance Coordinator for its administrative office located in Saint Paul, MN.

 

The Housing Compliance Coordinator provides oversight for the occupancy and compliance functions of ASI 's owned/ managed properties. This position also ensures full compliance with funding regulations and regulatory agreements, including HUD, HOME, CDBG, AHP, and LIHTC funding programs

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.  A combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted.

COM42 (Certified Occupancy Manager for Tax Credits) or other accreditation from a nationally recognized affordable housing compliance authority.

A minimum of two years of demonstrated successful experience in the area of property management compliance, including LIHTC and HOME Programs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to communicate positively and professionally and positively with a diverse audience.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
