Accessible Space, Inc. a national nonprofit provider of ISLA services is seeking a Part Time Lead Behavior Tech at our Casa Norte site in Las Vegas, NV to provide quality personal care services, functional skills training, supervisory care, chore services, and guidance to ensure that our clients reach or maintain their highest level of independence. 

The Lead behavior Tech may also serve as a point of contact and information in the absence of the Site Supervisor.

This is a day position (6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or  6:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.) including e/o weekend.
       
Regulations require a High school diploma or GED and a minimum age 18. Must have ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, understand, and speak English). Must be able to create accurate, meaningful documentation in English. The ability to perform all tasks in a professional manner.  

The ability to follow direction and communicate effectively with managers, co-workers, and clients to permit efficient and effective site operations and to meet client needs is critical to success in this position. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, dependable, flexible, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
