Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) a national nonprofit provider of housing and personal care services is currently seeking a Full Time Lead Resident Assistant (Lead PCA) for our location in Duluth, MN to provide quality personal care services to individuals with mobility impairments.
Duties: personal care & chore services which include but are not limited to: medication administration, cooking, cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping, may be required to train staff while serving as a role model for all staff to follow.
Previous job related experience desirable. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, dependable, flexible, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
