Property Site Caretaker and light maintenance in St Paul, MN

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. We are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Site Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our locations in St Paul and Minneapolis, MN

Candidate will perform minor maintenance, cleaning, work order completion etc.

Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and be able to work without direct supervision.

Should also possess excellent time management skills, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner.

18 months related work experience
