Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc seeks a full time Property Site Representative to perform general upkeep at our building in Fullerton, CA.

 The Property Site Representative performs a variety of administrative duties such as maintaining an inventory supplies, completing move out inspections, showing vacant units to prospective residents and communicating management topics with the residents. Also market property to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities who will benefit from our housing.

The Property Site Representative is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, which includes minor building maintenance, cleaning common areas and apartment turnovers.
 

Qualifications: A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management. Demonstrated basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance. Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
