Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) a national nonprofit profit provider of housing for adults with disabilities, seniors and veterans seeks a Full-Time Regional Housing Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the Regional Housing Manager and the Property Management. 
 

The successful candidate will Prepare and maintain resident files for new move-ins and move outs.  Assist the Housing Certification Specialist in performing property management duties related to the certification and recertification of ASI residents. Produce monthly reports as requested by the Regional Housing Manager. Assist the Regional Housing Representative with resident rent collections, to ensure that rents are properly remitted in a timely manner.       
 

Must have a minimum of two years of successful experience working in an office environment. Knowledge of general office practices and standard business operations.  A working knowledge of MS Word and its applications. Strong oral and written communication skills.  Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.  Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions. Education or training in the field and experience in the area of property management a plus!
