Description

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

We are seeking a Full-Time Regional Housing Representative for our administrative office in Saint Paul, MN 

This very administrative position will support and assist the Regional Housing Manager with their housing portfolio. The successful candidate will maintain appropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) including assuming a lead role in resident rent collection, filing, and processing/submitting required HUD paperwork. 


Candidate must have a minimum of two years property management experience and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to demonstrate dependability and initiative. Must be able to work independently.

Prior successful experience working with the elderly or with individuals with physical disabilities, proficiency with personal computers and standard business software applications a plus. There will be occasional light travel to assigned properties.
