Rehab Services Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV

Description

Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP), a highly recognized leader in the field of brain injury rehabilitation and a key component of the Accessible Space Organization, is seeking a Full time Rehab Services Coordinator to coordinate the daily activities of assigned staff to ensure client health, safety, and dignity needs are well met and to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will also properly manage staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team and ensure that the administrative and support functions of the clinic are properly and professionally completed.

Duties also include providing all aspects of supervision for direct reports, including: hiring and selection, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews, in a manner which ensures that staff understand their responsibilities; have the resources to be successful; and are regularly and fairly evaluated.
Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of ASI's Personnel Policies, and support and enforce those policies with staff and work closely with the Human Resources Department in employee relations issues. 

Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.

A minimum of one-year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury along with a minimum of three years of successful experience managing/supervising staff.

A demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff. Successful delegation and collaboration skills with excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently transmit information, including goals, policies, and trainings.
