Accessible Space, Inc. a national nonprofit provider of housing and personal care services to adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injury (TBI) is seeking a Full Time Site Supervisor to manage our location in Duluth, MN!   

Primary duties include all aspects of supervision of staff including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff; managing performance and

disciplinary issues. This position provides scheduled cares and respond to resident calls/requests for assistance promptly and professionally, in accordance with

site policies and procedures. 

In addition, the candidate selected for this position will be responsible for care documentation in conjunction with billable care hours; facilitating positive working relationships between staff and residents; and must be able to resolve resident and staff issues through use of effective problem solving, negotiation, and team-building skills.

Qualifications needed for this position include:

BA Degree, preferably in Human Services, a combination of work experience and education may be substituted for degree. 
   
One year of Supervisory experience required. with a minimum of one year working with adults with disabilities necessary. 

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
