Accessible Space, Inc., a nonprofit provider of housing and personal care services for adults with disabilities is seeking an Full-Time Assistant Site Supervisor for our house in St Anthony

The Assistant Site Supervisor will assist and collaborate the Site Supervisor To ensuring that the tasks outlined on resident care plans are completed and documented properly; observe the work of Direct Support Professionals. Also to serve as a liaison between the staff and Site Supervisor and to serve as backup to the Site Supervisor during periods of absence.  The Assistant Site Supervisor will provide quality personal care services and health-related services to adults with disabilities.

 

Qualifications: A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting. The ability to model excellent work behaviors and team-oriented problem solving. Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and abide by all organizational and program policies in order to maintain the integrity of the program and assure the best quality cares and support for the residents.  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. A desire to lead, and the ability to positively direct/redirect staff in work-related tasks. Understanding of service delivery models for persons with disabilities and staff roles and responsibilities a plus.
