Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking full time Lead Rehab Techs to join our team at our Nevada Community Enrichment Program location.  NCEP is a highly recognized leader in the field of brain injury rehabilitation. We are the only non-profit, post acute comprehensive brain injury rehabilitation program in Nevada serving individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injuries (ABI and TBI), as well as neurological impairments and spinal cord injuries

Now picture yourself in this role – The Lead Rehab Tech provides high-quality personal assistance services, supervisory care, direction and guidance to clients.  Also follows treatment plans, clinical protocols, as well as training and instruction, to assist clients in reaching their highest level of independence in accordance with the mission of ASI and serve as an example and a model for Rehab Tech staff.

  • Regulations require a High school diploma or GED.  Minimum age 18. 
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English (must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English). Must be able to create accurate, meaningful documentation. 
  • The ability to perform in a professional manner, and abide by all organizational and program policies in order to maintain the integrity of the program and ensure quality care and support for the clients. 
  • Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information. 
  • The ability to follow direction and communicate effectively with managers, co-workers, and clients to permit efficient and effective site operations and to meet client care needs.
