Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. (NCEP) is seeking a Program Manager (RRSC) to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our residential program to ensure client health, safety, goals, and dignity needs are well met in compliance with ASI policy and regulatory requirements. 

 

This position will also properly manage staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team and to ensure that that clients reach or maintain their highest level of independence providing all aspects of supervision for direct reports (hiring and selection, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, providing feedback, performance reviews)

Qualifications -

 

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education with a minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury.  Successful experience managing/supervising staff.
