Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space Inc., a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical disabilities, is seeking an experienced Full Time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our buildings in St Cloud, MN and Sartell, MN.

This full time position will be spilt between the two buildings.**Two bedroom apartment unit available (not required) on site RENT FREE!! 

Your duties will include but are not limited to - minor maintenance (replacing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, changing switch/outlet plates, completing routine wall repair and painting, repairing window screens, etc., cleaning common areas of the building, apartment turns and move out inspections, work order request completions, and grounds maintenance. 

ASI offers a starting wage of $16 - $17/hour with a Full time benefit package including, medical/dental Insurance, paid time off, life insurance, daily pay, wellness rebates, tuition reimbursement, and cell phone reimbursement.  

If you have  at least 18 months or more of related residential or commercial maintenance/cleaning experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, are available to complete general work responsibilities during business hours, and can pass a criminal background test. You must also have good attention to detail.
