Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. (NCEP) is seeking a Site Coordinator (RRSC) to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our residential rehab program (Hastings House) and to ensure client health, safety, goals, and dignity needs are well met in compliance with ASI policy and regulatory requirements.  This position will also properly manage staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team and to ensure that that clients reach or maintain their highest level of independence. 

Our Site Coordinator (Residential Rehab Services Coordinator) will also provide all aspects of supervision for direct reports, including: hiring and selection, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, providing feedback, and conducting  performance reviews, in a manner which ensures that: staff understand their responsibilities; have the resources to be successful; and are regularly and fairly evaluated.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of ASI 's Personnel Policies, and support and enforce those policies with staff.  Work closely with the Human Resources Department in employee relations issues.

Great position for someone with Medial/Physical Rehab experience!
  

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education with a minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury.

Successful experience managing/supervising staff.
